DO YOU TRAVEL?
Of course! We love to travel, so no matter where you choose to say “I do,” we’ll be excited and ready to be there with you.
We do weddings all over the country and are open to the opportunity to travel anywhere in the world.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
As soon as we know your decision, we’ll ask for some personal information to prepare a contract detailing the services you wish to purchase, terms, conditions and guarantees. Once the contract is signed, a deposit of 30% of the total quoted amount will be required.
WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
The maximum delivery time is between 4 and 6 months, or within one month if you contract Express Delivery.
We take care into editing the photos and video. We treat each wedding as unique because it is, and we take great care of every detail, which requires its own process and time.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
In the fastest and most efficient way, we send you an online link where you can download all the content you purchased in maximum quality. If you purchased a photo album, it will be delivered to your home by courier.
CAN WE MEET BEFORE THE WEDDING?
Of course! Whether in person or via video call, we’d love to meet you. Creating a personal connection is important and ensures we can work with you in the most relaxed and spontaneous way, leading to a more natural and fluid outcome.
WHAT INVOLVEMENT DOES THE COUPLE HAVE IN YOUR WORK?
One of the most important thing in our process is the personalization of each wedding, that’s why it’s essential for us to get to know you, to capture your personality, and for it to be reflected in the final result.
We will ask you for some information about your tastes and inspirations, and we will maintain open and fluid communication with you in order to help you obtain a faithful and exclusive memory of your wedding day.
